About Our Classes

Flowing with your babes on your bach weekend can be a fun way to bring friends closer together and take a break from the festivities. Whether your party is just getting started or you’re hoping to relax after a long night out, we will guide you through the perfect yoga class for your hangover or lack thereof.

Our teachers have years of experience and do not need to know what type of class you’d like beforehand. We understand that your mood can change based on the type of night you had before class, how much you’ve had to drink, how sore you are from dancing all night etc!

We will show up and teach based on how you are all feeling in the present moment.

I cannot rave enough about this amazing company! We hired The Balanced Bachelorette for my best friends Bach and it was perfect. From the champagne setup to the music and then of course the class it was ALL great. This was a wonderful way to start our Saturday.
