Our teachers have years of experience and do not need to know what type of class you’d like beforehand. We understand that your mood can change based on the type of night you had before class, how much you’ve had to drink, how sore you are from dancing all night etc!

We will show up and teach based on how you are all feeling in the present moment.

Yoga Styles We Offer

All- Levels Vinyasa

Our most common type of class, we guide you through several poses one after the other, moving with your breath. We offer options to increase or decrease the intensity of each pose. Beginners will be able to have a more gentle practice and more experienced yogis can have a more vigorous class.

Yin Yoga

We will move slowly through long-held and supported postures. For this class, make sure to have multiple props nearby such as pillows, blankets, bolsters, whatever you have lying around your Airbnb...The more the better! Postures are all seated or supine and held for 3-5 minutes. We will focus on the support of our joints in order to delve deeper into connective tissue and muscle relaxation.

Slow Flow

This is a meditative practice that beautifully blends both movement and stillness. As we slowly breathe through foundational postures, you’ll be encouraged to practice based on your body's unique requests. Through intuitive movement and the multiple variations offered, this class is easily tailored to be exactly what you need for any given day.

Yoga Sculpt

We will focus on a combination of strength building and foundational yoga postures with an up-level for a full-body tone. Expect fast-paced movements and a sweaty mat!
